Could Amber Riley end up singing her swan song, too?
After all, with the recent news that her fellow Glee castmembers Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith are all heading into their last season on the hit Fox series, anything is possible.
"I may not be coming back for a fourth season," Riley tells E! News. "Who knows? Whatever happens this third season is what happens, and I think everybody's OK with it...I love my job to pieces, but when it's time to go, it's time to go and, hopefully, there are greater things on the horizon."
So just how did Riley learn of the big shakeup in the first place?
"I found out about it like everybody else did, on the Internet," she said with a laugh. "But it's something that's not that surprising to us, and I think it's just more surprising to others. People think it's such a scandal when, really, it's not. I think it's smart to have new students come in...and I'm really excited."
But, for Riley, Glee isn't the only thing on her mind.
There's also Secret deodorant's "Mean Stinks" campaign, an anti-bullying initiative for which the actress has become a spokesperson.
"I want to really be a role model," Riley said. "I've been kind of put in that place, so I'm choosing to take it and go with it, and 'Mean Stinks' gives me that opportunity. I kind of have a wider reach to speak to young girls, so I'm going with it and running with it."
And while she admitted that she, herself, never really got harassed growing up, she did come to the defense of those who did.
"I kind of stuck up for the people that got bullied," she pointed out. "Even though I was little."
