E! News confirms that the famous nip and tuck doctor of the stars—including our very own Kris Jenner—has decided to separate from his model wife of four years.

So what happened with Garth Fisher and Jessica Canseco?

Fisher's publicist Nancy Iannios tells E! News that the couple filed for divorce three months ago and that it was an amicable split.

The Extreme Makeover doctor married the former Playboy model in June 2007 at the couple's home in Bel-Air, Calif. They have no children together, but Fisher has two daughters, Neriah and Sierra, with ex-wife Brooke Burke.

Fisher started dating the Dancing With the Stars host in 1998. The former couple got hitched in 2001 and divorced in 2005.
