We'll be honest, the last trailer for The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn left us a little, shall we say, underwhelmed. The first peek at director Steven Spielberg's motion-capture adventure was weighted down in mystery, and while secrets can pique interest, we were ready for some adventure.

Fortunately, the newest trailer provides just that...along with some much-wanted glimpses of Captain Haddock (Andy Serkis). Check it out.

Tintin (Jamie Bell) sets off on his journey after discovering a scroll that promises the greatest treasure in history. Only problem is, other folks have their eyes on the lost riches, and they'll stop at nothing to get the clues they need. But with the gruff Haddock's fighting spirit on his side, they just might come out ahead.

Get ready to set sail on the fabled Unicorn through the high seas, car chases, high-stakes aerial maneuvers and bazookas. Yes, that's right, bazookas. It just isn't an adventure without them.

The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn hits theaters Dec. 23.
