E! NetworksAccording to Fox News, a Catholic church in Missouri rejected a donation from Hooters. Since it's from Fox News, assume that it's actually a Ruby Tuesday's and the church is in Idaho. A spokesperson for the church said that the restaurant was supposed to participate in a "dine and donate" event where 10 percent of all proceeds would be given to a portion of the church that provides assistance to the homeless. I think it's a real ef you to the homeless to turn down the money. The least they could do is let the chain restaurant give them some chicken wings. Their excuse is that they had many "religious-based complaints" about Hooters being a part of the program and that people going there could "lead patrons into sin." Apparently they've never taken a good look at the spandex tan tights on a Hooters waitress.
