Who needs Baywatch when you've got the Pacific Ocean down the road?

But perhaps this five-bedroom home in Malibu's exclusive Serra Retreat neighborhood has lost its luster for one celebrity couple, who have been making the most of the mansion's nearly 7,000 square feet by bringing their collective kid quotient to four over the years.

No worries, the family should have plenty of dough to snag a new nest with, especially if they manage to sell this place for its current asking price of $12.5 million.

So, who's no longer interested in being in a homeowners association with the likes of James Cameron, Mel Gibson and Kelsey Grammer anymore?

It's former Baywatch and soap stud David Charvet and Dancing With the Stars winner turned cohost Brooke Burke who are taking the party elsewhere.

The home they're leaving behind was just built in 2007 and is a real stunner. The nearly 1-acre property comes with 24-hour security; a big yard with a pool, a spa and a stone gazebo with a fireplace; living areas that open out onto a lushly manicured garden; a wood-paneled library and a modern but cozy kitchen.

Maybe with all those kids—two together and Burke has two from a previous relationship—they ran out of room for mom's mirror-ball trophy.

She and Charvet announced that they were engaged in 2006, but they have yet to officially tie the knot.
