Cue the fanfare, TV fans!
E! Online's annual TV Awards, the Tater Tops (named in honor of the Golden Couch Potato trophy) launch today with the first of many ballots which you guys can use to express your TV preferences from the year that was. We'll have rewards for actors, writers and shows, both scripted and unscripted, and the winners are decided exclusively by the votes of you folks out in TV land.

This year's nominees list was assembled based on fan nominations along with a smidge of editorial discretion resulting in a list of 10 shows: Showtime's Dexter, HBO's Game of Thrones, Fox's House, AMC's Mad Men, FX's Justified, CW's Nikita, CW's Smallville, CW's The Vampire Diaries and HBO's True Blood.
