Alec Baldwin is still one for the Ages.

Despite reports that the actor was close to pulling out of the musical movie Rock of Ages

Sources insist Baldwin remains on board. In fact, he's still planning on attending tomorrow's table read of the flick in Miami, according to the sources.

"As far as everyone knows, he's in the movie," one source said.

Reports claim that Baldwin asked to be replaced because of an unspecified medial condition. However, one source says that his health is not in jeopardy and he will have no problem making the movie.

In the film, which takes place in the late '80s and is based on the Broadway musical of the same name, Baldwin plays the owner of a fictional rock club on the Sunset Strip. Julianne Hough stars as an aspiring actress opposite Diego Boneta as her rocker love interest. Director Adam Shankman's star-studded cast also includes Tom Cruise, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Mary J. Blige, Russell Brand, Bryan Cranston, Paul Giamatti and Malin Akerman.

"I'm excited to be able to work with Tom and Adam," Baldwin told New York magazine in March. "I love Adam—he directed the Oscars when I hosted—but to do a movie with Tom will be fun,"

He also revealed he was planning on taking singing lessons. "I think they have us all sing something," he said. "I think I'm going to sing, thankfully, something very modest; I might sing 'Yeah, yeah, yeah,' or something like that."
