It may be George Clooney's birthday tomorrow (the big 5-0!), but girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis is the one in her birthday suit, giving old men everywhere (OK, young men too) a present by posing topless for PETA.
The animal lover is appearing in a new anti-fur campaign for the animal rights activists, and while her campaign—and official photos from the shoot—won't launch until the fall, PETA has magnanimously released a behind-the-scenes video showcasing the Italian beauty in her, um, full glory.
"I was a kid, a little girl, and was watching TV at home and they showed a documentary. And in the documentary I saw how they killed little animals, like electrocuting them, drowning them, bludgeoning them," she said. "I was shocked because I was a little girl, but by that moment I thought that I would never, never, never wear fur in my life."
As for the skin-baring shoot, she told PETA it was "the best reason why I got naked in my life." George will be thrilled to hear that, we're sure.
Oh, and for any of you gals feeling particularly envious over her picture-perfect physique, well, don't hate her because she's beautiful—love her for being honest.
Canalis told E! News today that rather than playing the good genes card actresses seem so found of handing out, she works out "all the time" and that anyone who says otherwise is a big fat (or, you know, thin) liar.
And while we're at it, don't feel bad if you didn't manage to score an invite to the supposed party of the century Canalis was rumored to be throwing in George's honor—she told us no such party (or any party, for that matter) is in the works.
