For lack of a less clichéd phrase, Brooke Mueller was definitely winning in the court room today against her ex Charlie Sheen in an emergency custody hearing.

If the smiles and thumbs-up to reporters weren't enough, a source close to Mueller confirms, "Everything is the same and went well for Brooke," regarding the couple's custody situation, post-court.

But while the judge felt confident letting Brooke keep custody of her twin boys who also have occasional visits with their father, Denise Richards has nevertheless offered to care for Brooke's kids in the event that neither parent is capable.

Brooke has definite feelings about that idea:

"Brooke would never let that happen," a source dishes to us exclusively. "The boys live in a very stable home and that would only uproot them. Grandparents and family members are much better than ex-wives!"

But despite failed attempts at making Sheen's exes and their respective children one big happy family, the Mueller insider assures us, "Brooke and Denise are on good terms."

So good, in fact, we're told, "Brooke is always inviting Denise and the girls to come over to her house to play with the boys."

Adds the Mueller camper: "Both the women want what is best for their children."

We know Sheen's exes aren't opposed to doing reality TV, so could a Sheen Bunch be in the making?
