Some leaders are born, some are made and some are Gary Busey.

In spite of his sexy sunscreen faux-pas last week and ability to annoy every team member week after week, the actor still managed to grab the reigns yet again as Team Backbone's project manager.

"He's either a genius or a moron, and I can't figure it out," Trump said about Busey after doling out this week's challenge.

Apparently, neither could Team Backbone.

Assigned to create a live cooking demonstration featuring Omaha Steaks, the celebs were quick to start beefs of their own. And naturally, LaToya Jackson, NeNe Leakes and Star Jones were involved.

While Team Backbone struggled with Busey's lack of focus, Team A.S.A.P. led by Hope Dworaczyk, saw Jones try to take over (again) and Leakes glare at Jackson as the singer basically went on to almost set the kitchen on fire while cooking up a burger.

"Oh my gosh, she's trying to do the Michael Jackson on me," Leakes said after seeing the first sign of the fire. "I was standing right there went the flame went poof."

Meanwhile, John Rich was already upset after Busey scolded him off-camera, leading to to some on-camera arguments before the live presentation.

So, would this be the challenge that would seal Busey's fate?

After weeks of spats with Meat Loaf everyone, random utterances and all-around unpredictable behavior…Busey's luck ran out. Team Backbone lost and he was (finally) sent packing for a serious lack of organization and complaints of his far out behavior from his teammates.

"Meat Loaf, I'm gonna make you very happy," said Trump. "Gary you're very talented, you're very unique, and you're an amazing guy…Gary, you're fired. Go. Thank you."
