Guess rewarding bad behavior has become something of a trend.

Chris Brown has once again proven that any press is good press—even when that press has to do with your Hulk-channeling, window-smashing, shirt-disposing, anger-mismanaging meltdown. Why?

Because the same week that he dominated the headlines with his Good Morning America hissy fit, his new album, F.A.M.E., dominated the charts and debuted atop the Billboard pile at No. 1.

Brown's fourth studio album sold more than 271,000 copies its first week out and marks Brown's first time at the top spot. As if that weren't enough, F.A.M.E. is also the second highest-selling album of the year. Well, at least we (and Tom Bergeron) can take solace in the fact that it's only March. We've got nine months to make this right, America.
