Well don't worry. It sounds like the drool-worthy actor will surely be stripping down for some sizzlingly steamy sex scenes in the upcoming Dallas reboot...
"The pilot's extremely sexy," Metcalfe told us at Alternative Apparel's Fall 2011 showcase in West Hollywood. "My opening scene involves a pretty risqué sex scene. So I come out on the show with a bang. Literally and figuratively."
No complaints here!
Metcalfe tells us the TNT prime-time soap, which also stars Josh Henderson, Jordana Brewster and series alums Larry Hagman and Patrick Duffy, is set to start shooting at the end of next month in Dallas.
"I'm a lot like my father [Duffy] and Josh's character John Ross is a lot like his father [Hagman]," Metcalfe dishes. "I would say he's probably the more manipulative of the two. We're both pretty manipulative in getting what we want in the story...He's the oil man and I'm the one trying to kind of push green energy on the family."
So will the new Dallas castmembers be bringing back those '80s-inspired Ewing family fashions?
"I'm not planning on having big hair," Metcalfe laughed. "[But] I don't know about everybody else."
