The director and former Mr. Madonna is expecting his first child with model girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley, E! News confirmed Monday.
The couple, both Brits, have been dating since last April.
Ritchie and Madonna announced they were divorcing in October 2008 after almost eight years of marriage and barely two years after adopting son David, 5. They're also parents to son Rocco, 10.
