Just in case you guys have forgotten about that little movie starring Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon, a brand-new Water for Elephants trailer has just arrived, and it's all about the pair's steamy, forbidden love.
Naturally, as is the case with many circus-borne love affairs, this one is wraught with betrayal, vengeance and plucky resolve—sounds perfect for Rob!
All those talents that have made Rob the star he is are on display here. Right off the bat, Rob's character, Jacob Jankowski, is introduced to us as a wounded soul, a young man thrust into sorrowful existence. And as we all know now, brooding guys in their early 20s with that devil-may-care attitude are irrestible to the ladies. Married cirucs performers, like Reese's Marlena, included.
This latest look at the film follows that first spark of attraction between the two. What starts off as stolen glances across a table quickly heats up, and before you know it, Rob's making declarations like, "You're a beautiful woman; you deserve a beautful life," as he tries to win her heart.
Of course, this doesn't go over too well with Marlena's husband, circus owner August (Christoph Waltz), and Rob finds himself being held out of moving box cars and threatened with statements like, "You break my law, you have to pay a penalty!" It's always risky going after the boss' wife.
