Vince Neil is a free man.

The Mötley Crüe rocker was released from the Clark County Detention Center earlier today after serving 10 days of a 15-day sentence for driving under the influence.

And someone was really happy about it! No, not Tommy Lee...

"My great day just got even BETTER!! He's finally HOME!," his girlfriend, KSNV-TV entertainment report Alicia Jacobs, exclaimed via Twitter. "@Thevinceneil just walked in the front door of his home! Home Sweet Home!!"

Neil, who checked into jail sans contact lenses on Feb. 15, now has 15 days of house arrest to look forward to, according to the terms of his sentence.

After pleading guilty to misdemeanor DUI, he was also fined $585 and ordered to complete an alcohol-education class and participate in an online victim's impact panel. The Las Vegas resident was arrested last June when police spotted him weaving in traffic and he failed a field sobriety test. His blood alcohol level ultimately registered at nearly three times the legal limit.
