Linds spent some of the afternoon at the uber-celeb Equinox gym in West Hollywood. Dressed in all black workout gear, a fellow gym-goer exclusively tells us that she worked out with a male trainer.
She was spotted doing squats combined with arms curls along with crunches.
"She looks fantastic," our spy said. "She looks very healthy, smiling and working out hard."
