Actor wants joint custody of 7-year-old daughter with actress Joanna Going

Dylan Walsh's marriage is Going, Going...gone (just like the rest of Hollywood's relationships this week).

The erstwhile Nip/Tuck star has filed for divorce from actress Joanna Going after six years of marriage, citing the ever-popular irreconcilable differences. They have a 7-year-old daughter together and Walsh is asking for joint custody.

According to the petition filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Walsh—whose real first name is Charles—and Going separated on Oct. 1.

This was Walsh's second stab at marriage. He and Big Love star Melora Walters divorced in 2003 after seven years and two children together.
