The Hoff's been turned off.

David Hasselhoff's new reality show has been yanked from A&E after a less than whopping two episodes, E! News has confirmed.

The Hasselhoffs followed him as he guided daughters Hayley and Taylor-Ann as they try to break out of their dad's shadow and make it in Hollywood.

Why did the show get canned?

We're guessing that unless he's eating a hamburger off the floor, no one's interested in watching the real-life antics of the Hoff—The Hasselhoffs ratings were lower than low.

"That's show business," Hasselhoff lamented.

The 10.p.m. show drew just 718,000 viewers for its premiere episode on Nov. 28, while last Sunday's followup was down to 505,000. While it doesn't appear as if the eight remaining episodes will be aired in the U.S., producer Freemantle says all 10 installments will run internationally.

But who knows? Maybe it'll be big in Germany.
