Katy Perry didn't win anything at last night's American Music Awards, but she was still ready to party!
She arrived to Rolling Stone magazine's afterparty, hand-in-hand with hubby Russell Brand. The power duo skipped all press and hightailed it into the opening of the Rolling Stone Restaurant & Lounge, where they held court at a VIP table.
Katy's behavior once inside the bash raised a few eyebrows for fellow partiers:
The Teenage Dream singer was smoking cigarettes inside the enclosed space (usually a big no-no in California restaurants, but not necessarily at private parties). Ick.
And although she's a newlywed, it wasn't Russell that Katy couldn't keep her hands off last night. She spent more time getting frisky with her flame-haired friend and songwriter Bonnie McKee.
The girls were dirty dancing together. At one point when Drake's "Fancy" came on, Katy even got down all doggie-style, with her butt against her friend's front and her hands on the floor!
We wouldn't expect any less from the I Kissed A Girl crooner, right?
The night wasn't without some injuries, too.
"Jamie Fox hit my wine glass when i was drinking and cut my lip.Katy told him i wrote Teenage Dream&he embraced me&quietly sang it in my ear," Bonnie posted on her Twitter.
Katy also hung out with Kesha at the party, who had a VIP table nearby. Other famous faces at Rolling Stone included Kelly Osbourne, who was posted at a table with Modern Family's Eric Stonestreet, Avril Lavigne, Matthew Morrisson, Mark Salling and Darren Criss.
Criss, who covered "Teenage Dream" this season on Glee, told me he even got to meet Katy last night. Perry was clearly super in-demand, with everybody from Criss to Jamie Foxx singing her song, and isn't that better than a silly award any day?
