Unless we're all getting pranked, it looks like Twitter quitter Courtney Love has not only not given up her mind-boggling adventures in micro-blogging, she's also back in Train-Wreck Twitpic mode.

The Hole screamer not only pubbed the oddly disturbing photo above but several more on her Twitter. We hope Courtney gets some special attention soon, and not just the kind that comes from looky-loos.
