We've got spirit, yes we do. And so do a slew of like-minded, equality-promoting stars.

In case you weren't aware, GLAAD has declared tomorrow Spirit Day, a day which will seek to raise awareness of LGBT bullying, show support for those teens who have taken their lives as a result of the disturbing (and seemingly increasing) practice, and attempt to put an end to the tragic situation.

So what can you do to help? Plenty, actually. Absolutely none of which entails dipping into your wallet.

First of all, wear purple. It's the color of the day and besides, all the cool kids are doing it!

Who is going to wear purple tomorrow to rep the end of bullying? I am !!!!less than a minute ago via web

"Who is going to wear purple tomorrow to rep the end of bullying? I am!!!!" Khloé Kardashian Odom tweeted today.

She'll be joined by E! News' own Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic, both of whom will don the regal hue in honor of Spirit Day on tomorrow night's broadcast. (You can probably count Prince in as well, albeit possibly unintentionally.)

And even if it's not your color, it's sure to be particularly flattering to your Twitter and Facebook pages. Supporters are being encouraged to download supportive graphics and  turn their various social media sites purple for the day—not to mention to employ liberal use of the #SpiritDay hashtag.

Not only is it free (and so easy) to do, but once again, if we may be so bold...all the cool kids are doing it! And by all the cool kids, we of course mean E! Online.

Won't you join us?
