If you find just the right dog to match your purse, what's the big deal? Apparently, it's no deal at all at the Puppy Store on Melrose. Gossips at Page Six are yapping that the pet peddlers said no to Paris Hilton when the heiress stopped by on her way to a photo shoot and "wanted a puppy in the picture with her so it would look cuter."

A store employee reportedly refused to sell a Yorkie to Hilton because it was "an impulse buy." Sources say Hilton went "ballistic," but the store held its ground. Still, the staff didn't dog her out, politely refusing to comment. Sounds like somebody's been well trained!
