Bruno Mars, Peter Hernandez, Mug shot

Las Vegas Police Dept.

It looks like they got somethin' on him.

Las Vegas prosecutors today charged singer-songwriter Bruno Mars with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, E! News has learned.

The "Nothin' On You" singer, real name Peter Gene Hernandez, was busted Sept. 20 in Las Vegas on suspicion of narcotics possession after security officials at the Hard Rock Hotel found him in a bathroom stall with a baggie containing 2.6 grams of a white powdery substance. Tests determined it to be cocaine, according to the criminal complaint.

The falsetto-voiced performer faces up to four years in jail and a maximum $5,000 fine if he's convicted.
