We're sure you've already heard Paris Hilton hit the town—and, uh, a human being—last night, right?

Yep, when Princess P left WeHo hot spot Boa last night with BF Cy Waits, the two got in a bit of trouble with the po-po after running over a papz's foot. But before the two were fleeing the scene, they were getting way cutesy inside the chic steakhouse.

Or did Cy-guy have some not-so-precious intentions?

"She looked pretty," a fellow diner dished about the heiress. "But honestly, I was surprised there were like 30 paparazzi waiting for her outside."

We're told P & Co. (which also included sister Nikki) sat outside to dine and every time Par-poo had to use the little ladies' room, Cy would hold her hand and walk her inside. Then the über-patient guy would wait for his blond babe and hold her hand as they walked back to the table.

Adorable! Unless Cy was expecting to get a little restroom action—ya know, the P.Hilton special.

Two former flames that caused much less of a stir were...

Rihanna and Drake, who were spotted hanging out at NYC hot spot Greenhouse last night. But you won't need an umbrella-ella-ella to stay dry from Matt Kemp's tears, 'cause the exes are simply friends.

"They looked like they were having a great time and were drinking Three Olives Vodka," a source says. "They weren't making out and seemed like friends. They left separately and she left before he did."

(Just fyi, another source tells us that Ri and her baseballer boo are still going way strong!)

So how'd the twosome bump into each other? The party was in honor of Drake's concert at Radio City Music Hall and Rihanna—who's been in the Big Apple working on her latest album—stopped by to catch the show with a few girlfriends.

On-again, off-again Gossip Girl stars Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr. Will these two make up their friggin' minds already? (Who are we kidding, we so prefer the drama these two love to create!)

Our concert-going gabber told us Ed was more than happy to say hi and shake hands with fans who spotted the twosome.

"He was really approachable!" Our shocked spy says. "Jessica...not so much. She seemed like she just wanted to be left alone."

Might it be another rough patch in the costar canoodling? Oh well! We're sure they'll be hot and heavy again tomorrow.
