Was it good for you? Courtney Love played Fashion Week faker, gushing to E! News about how much she loved last night's Marc Jacobs runway show and dishing all sorts of odd compliments about the designer and his collection afterwards. Funny thing was, we spied the grungy rocker turning up so late she nearly missed the entire thing and had to sneak in a side door.

Here's a recap of all the craziness that went down last night in New York...

"F--k! How late are we?" Love yelled to her plus one, as they climbed a side staircase to the Lexington Armory, where Jacobs was showing his Spring 2011 collection in the most-anticipated show of the week. The models were already in full swing, marching down the runway.

Love, dressed in a mini Marc Jacobs leather dress, managed to squeeze in a portion of the show—filled with gorgeous bright, flowing silk shirts and dresses in sunset pinks, yellows and purples. She posed for photographers afterwards with a cigarette dangling from her lips like she'd never missed a beat. The loopy singer was also the last to leave, after Diane von Furstenberg, Anna Wintour and all of Marc's models.

When we asked her what she thought of the clothes, she replied: "It was very very colorful, I loved all the Jodie Foster references."  When asked if she really witnessed the entire show, Love cracked a sly smile.

"Marc rolls the way I roll," she shot back.

We also caught stylist Rachel Zoe leaving the show, where she complimented the designer with an open-mouthed "Oh. My. God." and her go-to vernacular: "I died. I died. Died!"

"It was so beyond, it was beyond beyond," she told us.

Asked what famous clients she had in mind for some of Jacobs' dresses, Zoe replied "all of them."

"I want to dress everybody. The world. But mostly myself," she laughed.

Afterwards the models, accompanied by Lady Bunny and The Misshapes' Leigh Lezark were spotted alongside Leighton Meester and Kelly Osbourne at the V magazine afterparty at the Boom Boom Room at the Standard Hotel.

In other fashion news, over at Lincoln Center this morning, Lance Bass showed up for today's runway shows with a new boytoy on his arm. The duo was very affectionate in the backstage area.

"He's here with a new guy, they certainly look like they're together," said one backstage spy. "He's extremely good looking whoever he is. I mean it's early, I doubt they just met here if you know what I mean."
