Naomi Campbell performed on the sidewalk. Kanye West was chased through SoHo. The Real Housewives of New Jersey caused a near riot inside Bloomingdale's. All in the span of a few hours.

New York's Second Annual Fashion's Night Out transformed Madison Avenue into a full-on block party, with hundreds of stores staying open until midnight and champagne-fueled shopping and dancing. The streets were turned into a chaotic circus of crowds and celebrities.

First there was Naomi, who actually danced on the sidewalk outside Madison Avenue sidewalk in leather hot pants to promote her Dolce & Gabbana T-shirts with her famous face stamped on them. The store was celebrating the supermodel's 25th anniversary in fashion.

"She actually danced really well with the other dancers," said one partygoer. "She was really fun." After her performance, Naomi was spotted at Nobu on 57th Street, where she chatted up Brandon Davis (of all people). Queen Latifah was spotted dining at a separate table nearby.

Outside, Chace Crawford and Kelly Rowland  tried to hail cabs along with the rest of the crowd. Model Tyson Beckford strolled in the street with a gorgeous girl on each arm.

Kanye kept it downtown, where he was spotted making a mad dash through the streets of Soho after a crowd began chasing him and screaming his name. It started on Greene Street around 8 p.m. when a shopper at high-end boutique Realm saw a mob running past the window. Perhaps they were Taylor Swift fans?

"A crowd of about 100 people were chasing [Kanye] down the street," the shopper said. "No one knows if it was performance art or if he was being chased, but people were screaming 'Kanye! Kanye!' and he was ducking in and out of stores."

Kim Kardashian celebrated the night with sister Kourtney, mom Kris and Scott Disick at Rockefeller Center, where they launched their line K-Dash for QVC. Khloé missed the action, spending time in Turkey with hubby Lamar Odom as he trains for the upcoming NBA season.

"This is such a huge night for us seeing our vision finally unfold and come into full force," Kim Kardashian said of the line.

Who knew Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour was such a Kardashian fan? The fashionista made it her first stop of the night and signed copies of the September issue of the mag for fans outside. Designer Isaac Mizrahi and Broadway cutie Kristin Chenoweth also made an appearance.

Big names also hit big department stores, like Bloomingdale's, where Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry was spotted chatting with Michael Kors.

The theme of the night was HBO's new series Boardwalk Empire with craps tables set up and Prohibition-dressed actors performing skits live in the windows.

But what drew the most attention were the hysterical karaoke performances by The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Caroline and Dina Manzo up on the fifth floor.

"There was literally, a mob," said one partygoer. "They caused such a scene it was unbelievable."

Over at Bergdof Goodman, the crowd grew so thick with guests trying to catch a glimpse of Mary J. Blige, there to promote her eyewear line, that hardly anyone noticed tiny Sarah Jessica Parker zip in and out in just minutes.
