Justin Bieber was spotted in a very good mood hours after rumors (granted, exaggerated rumors) circulated about his flirt fest with 22-year-old Maxim model Chanel Dudley.

Even though the 16-year-old has had a busy tabloid week, what with his blonde Twitter "friend" and then a water balloon-throwing incident, Justin was all smiles as he left the London Hotel in West Hollywood recently.

The Biebs apparently hit up Levi's pre-VMA lounge and was spotted being totally paparazzi-friendly as his crew gassed up at a nearby station on La Cienega.

An onlooker at the gas station tells us Justin waved and smiled to the awaiting paps while he sat in the car. Natch, Justin did what any teen would do—texted ferociously, with his shades on ‘course, all while whistling to Beyoncé's Halo, which was playing in the car. Kids these days, such multitaskers!

Wonder if he was texting said blonde? Doubtful considering J.B. is a mini player!

Another player in Hollywood, Johnny Knoxville, was spotted being mucho tame. The Jackass star was spotted at the L.A. premiere of Palladium Boots' latest documentary Exploration, Detroit Lives which features the Jackass star. We're told he looked "yummy in a bad-boy way" per usual.

Meanwhile over in New York City, recently employed Ali Fedotowsky and her fiancé, Roberto Martinez, revisited the scene of one of their first one-on-one dates on The Bachelorette while seeing The Lion King at the Minskoff Theater.

"Roberto and Ali were joined by both of their families to take in the show," a source tells E! News. "Following the performance, they joined the cast backstage and were all smiles when they received the custom-made Playbill in which they got star billing."

Hey, the fact these two will be living in San Diego already gives them a much better shot at love, dontcha think?
