UPDATE Sept. 2, 2010: According to reports, Woods has not moved into the Printing House. The info was allegedly circulated by the landlord as a PR stunt.

Tiger Woods is about to get his first taste of star-studded Manhattan.

If the reports are true, we're positive the newly minted city slicker won't be disappointed to find he's just moved in right next to this gorgeous television starlet.

But will Blake Lively be OK when she discovers Elin Nordegren's ex-hubby is just around the corner?

Because their buildings are so close, she could run into the golfer during her many walks with Penny, her adorable Maltipoo.

We're just hoping they avoid any awkward encounters, considering Blake brilliantly spoofed Elin on Saturday Night Live.

Tiger's new digs on Hudson Street have been identified by the New York Daily News as the Printing House, an older building in TriBeCa, which a real-estate insider describes to E! News as an "unusual choice."

"It's disgusting," says the source, who has seen the interior.  "It's so odd he'd choose that building. Many parts of it haven't been renovated since the '80s and it's very dirty. One wonders why on earth he'd pick a place in there."

According to the Daily News,  Woods was spotted unloading his own BMW in front of the building on Sunday night. They reported that he kept a "super-low profile" while carting boxes and golf clubs inside.

In March, 23-year-old Blake, who plays hottie Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, was spotted apartment hunting downtown. According to the New York Post, she checked out some  $3 million apartments at the Fairchild building, but ended up buying in another building nearby.

Maybe if Tiger behaves, he can borrow some sugar.
