The 37-year-old rocker was scheduled to play at the Download Festival, a three-day British music concert that also featured Judas Priest, Incubus and The Offspring.
At the last minute, announcers told the audience that Kid Rock was unwell and wouldn't perform. His rep later told reporters that his client was suffering from stomach cramps and dehydration.
