You know what they say: a stolen clock is Lindsay Lohan's fault at least twice a day.

But this, LiLo will be happy to know, is not one of those times.

The still-rehabbing starlet (despite her attorney's best efforts) managed to catch two much-needed legal breaks today…

Good news No. 1: E! News has confirmed that the actress often accused of sticky fingers is no longer in the sheriff's crosshairs over a missing $35,000 Rolex watch…and apparently has been in the clear for quite some time.

While reports say that the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department has closed the case on the missing timepiece, spokesman Steve Whitmore tells E! News that the case was never opened in the first place.

"I looked into that a long time ago and said that she was not being investigated at all," he said.

Good news No. 2: LiLo has also managed to get herself off the hook from the Tough as Nails clothing boutique in Los Angeles, which had previously alleged that the fashionista had paid just $180 on a $17,000 tab with the store.

On Monday, attorneys for the store asked a Los Angeles Superior County Court to dismiss the case "with prejudice" just a little over a month after they brought it against Lohan.

It was unclear whether the case was settled out of court, if the boutique owners had a change of heart or it was simply a mistake to begin with, as neither side is commenting on why they requested the dismissal.

At this point, we're guessing Team Lohan isn't gonna question it too hard, either.
