We get that the pop star is known for her crazy fashion sense, but this one gave us a good laugh. This fringetastic, sea monster from the deep outfit just might be her best—or worst—yet. But we do know this, if this wild thing was hiding under our bed, we'd be half frightened but way more apt to get a case of the giggles.
