You might think this songbird got bit by a vampire, but it turns out she's just covering up the latest edition to her tattoo collection.

The celeb was spotted leaving an NYC ink parlor last night with a bandage on her neck, and today she debuted the new art.

It's Rihanna, making quite a bold statement with her bright red hair and her neck tattoo.

The ink reads "rebelle fleur," which is French for "unruly flower."

If we're counting correctly, this means Ri-Ri now has 14 tattoos! She also got a gun tattooed near her ribs after she was assaulted by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
