Jani Lane warranted a harsher sentence this time.

The Warrant frontman was sentenced Monday to 120 days in jail for his latest DUI bust, his second in two years, after pleading no contest to the related charges.

In addition to the jail time, Lane—who was already serving three years' probation when he sideswiped a parked car on the night of May 10 and then failed a Breathalyzer test—will have to complete a 30-month alcohol-education class.

The "Cherry Pie" rocker is also prohibited from driving for three years, so he'll have to hitch a ride to turn himself in on July 27, according to TMZ.
