Speaking of the kids, James is scheduled to appear in an Orange County courtroom this afternoon to continue his battle with former wife Janine Lindemulder over custody of their 6-year-old daughter Sunny.
One of the issues at hand is James' desire to have Sunny move with him from Southern California to Texas, a situation that Lindemulder is not exactly in favor of. That being said, however, she would consider moving there to be closer to her daughter.
