Monica Beresford-Redman, may you finally rest in peace.

E! News has learned that the slain wife of former Survivor and Pimp My Ride producer Bruce Beresford-Redman will be buried on Thursday, more than two-and-a-half months after her murder, which took place while the couple vacationed with their two kids at a Cancun, Mexico, resort.

But don't think for a second that her widower is on the guest list.

According to a source, Monica's family will hold a private funeral service for relatives and friends at an undisclosed location, but Bruce is definitely not invited.

And for good reason, considering that a warrant is out for Beresford-Redman's arrest south of the border, with Mexican authorities reportedly planning to extradite him for the killing, which took place at the posh Moon Palace resort not long after witnesses saw the pair violently arguing.

Her body was subsequently found April 8 in a sewer near the hotel, two days after Bruce reported her missing. Her remains showed signs she may have been severely beaten and died of strangulation. Three weeks after the killing, the body was shipped back to the Gates, Kingsley & Gates Smith Salsbury funeral home in Culver City, California, which stored it until her family could sort out burial plans.

A judge meanwhile has delayed a decision on the validity of Monica's will.

Bruce's parents, David and Juanita Beresford-Redman, contend that a 2008 codicil the two signed before taking a trip to Australia supplants a 2004 will that made Monica's sisters the executors and their two children the beneficiaries.

Yesterday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff set Aug. 3 as the date that lawyers for David and Juanita Beresford-Redman had to present evidence identifying the signatories on the more recent will as valid witnesses.
