Hollywood's Most Sued Celebrities!

Check out some of the famous faces who've had to deal with more than just a few legal issues

What do an heiress, a music mogul, a pop star and a newly divorced mechanic have in common?

Well, if they're Paris Hilton, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Britney Spears and Jesse James, they're just a few of the famous folks who've made a list they'd no doubt rather not be a part of—the Top 10 Most Sued Celebrities!

For instance, Spears has seen 13 lawsuits come her way in the last five years for such things as running over the feet of a paparazzo to a former bodyguard claiming "abuse."  

Meanwhile, James and Combs have both been sued 12 times. The Monster Garage guy has faced lawsuits involving breach of contract and negliegence in the building of one of his company's motorcyles, while the rap star-turned-entrepreneur's suits range from patent infringement to consumer fraud.

Of course, this being Tinseltown, the litigation can range from the serious to the downright frivilous. 

Take one of the 10 lawsuits Hilton has been hit with in the last five years—a woman claiming the heiress, get this, "stole" her signature look!
