Now that True Blood is back and in full swing, the stars are out and about in L.A., showing the rest of us just how unfortunate it is that we all don't have eight-packs.

One such hottie roaming the boulevards was Ryan Kwanten, Bon Temps' resident wide-eyed (and muscled) do-gooder Jason Stackhouse. The Aussie hunk stopped by the E! building to chat up Ryan Seacrest on the radio and made quite the impression on us when we saw him...

Looking tan, clean-shaven and ever so handsome in a barely buttoned black shirt and jeans, Kwanten strode across the courtyard with ogling fans looking on. He was happy to stop and take a photo with one and shot a dashing smile to those who were not so courageous to stand next to the hunk. Always a nice guy, must say Ryan sure packs a load o' man heat into a surprisingly compact bod!

Also steaming up the masses, elsewhere in L.A., was another True Blood graduate...

Mehcad Brooks isn't hanging around Bon Temps much anymore, but he spent his Saturday night at the Sunset 5 at a screening of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. The rippled stud (and former Desperate Housewives hottie) is no stranger to edgy entertainment, having spent most of season two with his shirt off. Even in person, it's hard to deny—the guy's got some serious muscle. He was accompanied by a lady, though. Brooks and honey swooped into the theater just before the lights went down—maybe trying to avoid some eyes that were hungry for some Eggs?

Playing it not quite as celeb-discreet across cross state lines, was...

Leonardo DiCaprio, who dined in style at the Palazzo in Las Vegas. Leo, who is no stranger to the fine dining or club scene, dined at Sushisamba with on-again girlfriend Bar Refaeli Saturday night. Unsurprisingly for Scorcese's favorite recent leading man, one other model friend joined the dinner party. Now, we're not suggesting that the three ordered a bottle of Vegas' finest and went to the penthouse for a little ménage action, but gosh darn it, Leo, we're sure as hell hoping you did!

Hungry more for calories than canoodling, over in Colorado, were...

Top Chef judges (aka the luckiest job in the world) Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons. The famed foodies partied at the Food & Wine Magazine Publisher's Party on Friday night at Ajax Mountain in Aspen, Colorado. The event was part of a weekend of celebrity and grub-related fun at the Food & Wine Classic. Other notable celebs in attendance were Luke Wilson, Giada de Laurentiis, Mario Batali and a bunch of Top Chef alums. Um, Luke, we saw you in those AT&T commercials...How about you move away from the food-centric goings-down for a bit?
