After the "Can't Be Tamed" singer's much-buzzed-about scantily clad European tour earlier this month, she returned to the stage to cohost and perform at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto last night.

And the 17-year-old—who recently defended her clothing choices to the Associated Press, saying, "I'm not trying to be slutty...What I'm trying to do is make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress"—stayed true to her provocative new image in a revealing strappy black leotard and sexy leather hot pants.
