The style polls are officially closed, folks, and we've got your winner and loser right here!

Katy Perry's bright blue wig and naked sparkly dress garnered her the worst dressed title in Fashion Police last week. The singer's over-the-top crazy style has improved a lot lately, but this was a big step backward.

Meanwhile, Goop goddess Gwyneth Paltrow reigned on the red carpet in a simple but elegant black gown. Sometimes less is more, and this was definitely one of those times.
