A lady very close to Nick Cannon's heart is expecting, and probably more than one baby is on the way!
We'd heard the rumors and seen the pictures, so of course E!'s Daily 10 was more than happy to give Cannon a forum to confirm the happy news.
And Mariah Carey's vow-renewing hubby was happy to comply, announcing exclusively to us Thursday: "My Jack Russell terrier puppy Zha Zha is pregnant again!"
Hmph, back to the baby-bump drawing board...
