Nothing like bagging on a Bones star when he's down. Right, Rachel Uchitel?

"David Boreanaz is not part of my life, nor will he be."

So says the alleged Tiger Woods mistress amid reports that she's seeking a big payday from the actor in exchange for maintaining her silence about any fling the two may have had.

The former Angel and Uchitel had been photographed together in the past, but despite reports to the contrary, Uchitel swears she's not involved in his current cheating scandal.

"I am not in communication with [David] and do not wish to be. I have made no claims against him and do not plan to assert any. Any statements to the contrary are false and I hope that this statement will finally end any speculation about this issue," she said in a statement issued through her attorney, Gloria Allred.

"I am looking forward to a life that is not filled with scandal, rumor, innuendo or false statements about me. I will not have any further comment regarding David Boreanaz."

Good luck, lady.

Allred told E! News earlier this week that the real woman involved with Boreanaz wants to go public with David's cheating ways and will come forward soon.

Boreanaz, meanwhile, has apologized for his indiscretions (at least through an intermediary) and, according to his mother-in-law, is working on patching things up with his wife, Jaime Bergman.
