It seems as if Bret Michaels made more friends than foes while shooting Celebrity Apprentice 3 .

"I am hoping for a speedy recovery," fellow contestant Cyndi Lauper said of Michaels, who remains hospitalized while doctors try to find the source of the still-unexplained brain hemorrhage he suffered late Thursday.

"He is a strong-willed person so I am feeling very positive that he will pull through like a champion. My thoughts are with his family."

Wrestling diva Maria Kanellis told E! News, "All you can do is hope and pray for him and his family. He's a strong man so I hope he recovers very quickly."

Even Curtis Stone, who would have sent Michaels packing with no problem after their failed country-star makeover task, had kind words for his mate.

"He's a nice man and I've got great wishes for him," the Australian chef told E!.

As far as Celebrity Apprentice goes, Michaels is still hanging in there after Donald Trump didn't fire anyone on Sunday following some stellar fundraising action from both teams.

And we hear that, as of around noon today, the 47-year-old rocker was "conscious and doing much, much better."

His rep said Sunday that Michaels remained in the ICU in critical condition and receiving around-the-clock medical care and monitoring.
