Mickey's minions can't be happy about this.

Sure, no one took their clothes off or anything, but we have to imagine Wizards of Waverly Place star David Henrie will get called to the principal's office at least for his run-in with the law Thursday evening. (Too bad costar Selena Gomez can't work her magic on this one.)

The 20-year-old actor and his 16-year-old brother, Lorenzo, were involved in some sort of scuffle at Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles and received citations for "disturbing the peace," E! News confirms.

"There was a minor altercation in a parking garage," a rep from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Office substation at CityWalk says. "They were later released to family members."

The rep could not confirm what caused the incident or who else may have been involved.

However, the actor's rep tells E! News that, contrary to reports, the Henrie boys were trying to avoid the drama altogether.

"Neither David Henrie nor his 16-year-old brother Lorenzo were trying to start a fight last night at Universal City Walk," David Lust says. "In fact, they took appropriate measures to avoid an altercation.  Unfortunately, private security guards released the instigators, and became extremely aggressive with Lorenzo."

Lust says the brothers were simply trying to "protect themselves from an unjustified use of force," and that several witnesses of the events can attest to that claim.
