Has Demi Lovato ever made you want to claw your eyes out? No? Us neither, 'cause after meeting her in person on the Grey's Anatomy set, we can tell you the girl is lovely—inside and out. (Sorry to burst your bubble, aspiring Joe Jonas girlfriends!) What's not so lovely? The photo above, which Demi just twittered from her time on the Grey's set. I was there exclusively with the Disney Channel star and songstress as she shot her Seattle Grace scenes a couple of weeks back, and here's the dealio, along with the scoop on LostMad Men and a Heroes star who just confirmed he's gone for good…

Though we've been asked to hold our footage with her a little longer, I can reveal that Demi's character Hayley is so not in a good place—mentally or physically—as evidenced by her self-inflected scratch marks in the photo above and by the words so slyly (no?) used in the first sentence of this story. Demi's character is schizophrenic, and she can hear everything, but she's in good hands: Alex Karev (Justin Chambers). Suffice to say, it's gonna be a very dramatic episode. Mark your calendars. May 13.

Heroes: Can't blame a dude for jumping off a sinking ship. That's also on fire. And being shot at by cannons. And being attacked by pirates. Yarrr! Um, sorry. The point is, though some fans still adore it (as evidenced by the recent Twitter flurry), Heroes might be facing its last season. And while promoting It's a Wonderful Afterlife, Sendhil Ramamurthy, who plays played Mohinder Suresh, told BBC news that he has indeed left Heroes for good. According to this interview with Bollywoodhungama.com, there is an upside: the big screen. "There are lots of films which I lost, only because I was shooting for Heroes," he says. "Had it not been for Heroes, I wouldn't have got these offers either! All that I would want to say is that Heroes opened many doors for me."

Lost: As if we needed reminding that our island dwellers will not be gracing our TV sets every week anymore, TVGuideMagazine.com has exclusively revealed the final Lost cast photo. Feel free to take a gander at it. And by gander, we mean obsessively pour over every single inch looking for clues about the final episodes of Lost. This is, after all, your last chance to do so!

Mad Men: How does one look so good in a suit? Jon Hamm could tell you all about it, but how about we just show you with a first look at the Mad Men cast filming season four? God bless the Internet and those who creep around sets to bring us pictures.

Hitched: As the timeless philosophizer Beyoncé once said: "Don't you ever for a second get to thinkin' you're irreplaceable." Sara Fletcher has taken over the female lead for Josh Shwartz's CBS comedy pilot Hitched. Kristin Kreuk, known best for her role as Lana Lang on Smallville, was originally cast in the pilot but was bumped just before Wednesday's table read. Can we get her back on Smallville now? Thanks!

CBS: Start pulling out your TV box sets to prepare for cold turkey, gang. Here are the finale dates for your CBS favorites.
