Anyway, the addiction expert and his team are somehow allowed to go around playing full-contact cop in their tough and bizarre cases, like the matter of the teenaged girl in an ape suit who repeatedly robbed her grandpa's toy store.
But for Jay, that's not the bizarre part. It's how fast this dang girl can actually run. Guess he's used to tackling them as soon as they yell "action!"
