Vampires are bad, but criminal charges could be worse for Nicholas Brendon.

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer sidekick is facing four misdemeanors stemming from his alleged rumble with police last month in Venice, Calif., according to L.A. city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan.

Brendon, 38, faces one count of resisting arrest, two counts of battery against a police officer and one count of vandalism for the March 17 ruckus that ended with the erstwhile Xander being tasered by cops.

If convicted on all charges, he could face up to two years in the clink and a $4,000 fine. He's free on $20,000 bail pending his next arraignment on April 30.

His rep couldn't be reached for comment.
