Yo, Jersey girls and boys! MTV wants to talk to ya.
Jersey Shore producers are looking for some more Snookis, The Situations, Pauly Ds, et al.
Nope, they're not planning on launching a spinoff like The Hills did with The City, but…
MTV execs are thinking about giving our favorite Garden State group of self-described "guidos" and "guidettes" new roommates for the hit reality show's second season, which just began shooting in Miami.
The casting application is a hoot.
"Killer shades, awesome hair, bandanas and bling can mean only one thing," it reads in part. "So if you're a tanned and toned fist pumper, and you love the shore, we want to hear from you! Do you dominate the gym, tear up the dance floor and rule the bedroom? Prove it!"
MTV wants "the proudest, loudest and wildest to carry on the legacy."
Ya gotta be at least 21 and appear to be younger than 30. And of course, "No haters allowed."
The casting folks also ask if you have a nickname or a significant other (if so, you have to hand over their name and phone number) and request that you give a breakdown of your day "from the moment you wake up to the moment you hit the sack."
