Jake Harris is in a worse place than we thought.

Barely two weeks after losing his dad, Phil Harris, the Deadliest Catch crab fisherman has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after getting into an accident in Seattle.

Per the Washington State Patrol, Jake was locked up last night after bumping into another vehicle and allegedly leaving the scene.

The 24-year-old (he's the one without facial hair) was booked on suspicion of DUI, hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license. Bail was set at $1,500.

Captain Phil died Feb. 9, 12 days after suffering a stroke while unloading what turned out to be his last catch on Saint Paul Island, Alaska. His sons Jake and Josh kept fans apprised of his condition via the Discovery Channel's website right up until the end.

Discovery is featuring a Deadliest Catch marathon in honor of Phil this weekend, and the show's sixth season—featuring the adventures of the Harrises' Cornelia Marie—premieres in April.
