We spend a lot of time talking about couples, especially ones rumored to be engaged (ahem, Paris and Doug!) or rumored to be splitting (cough, Brangelina!). But every once in a while, it's refreshing to see a tender moment between a couple still going strong.

Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy may not be tabloid fodder, but they're still totally into each other, and it's just sweet enough to remind us that Valentine's Day isn't just a movie.

Last night, the Desperate Housewives star took to the runway in the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City. Her husband sat in the front row with a smile on his face long before the lights dimmed.

As Felicity stepped out in an Oscar de la Renta creation, we watched as his jaw hit the floor. What he did next was something the fashionistas in Bryant Park don't see every day…

As Felicity walked by her man, she stopped and giggled. And he jumped out of his seat and gave her a big kiss!

"I hope I know him," she told E! News of what went through her mind at that moment.

He was thinking, "I know her! I get to take her home tonight," he said backstage. "[She looks] gorgeous. I'm a lucky fellow and I know it."

The event is meant to raise awareness for women's heart disease.

"It's not close to home, other than I am a woman and I have a heart, although some opinions are contrary to that," Huffman said. "It's the No. 1 killer of women in America and yet it's under the radar."

Felicity and William's catwalk antics weren't the only great moments of the show.

Kim Kardashian and Elisabeth Hasselbeck waved at their crowd of supporters, including their men, Reggie Bush and Tim Hasselbeck, respectively. While Kristin Chenoweth, Jordin Sparks and of course Heidi Klum strutted their stuff like pros, others brought the sass and even a little nerves.

Raven-Symoné tripped on her stilettos and kicked them off into the crowd, while Olympic swimmer Dara Torres didn't even bother with hers, opting to carry the Brian Atwood pair from the get-go.

Pregnant Bethenny Frankel struggled a bit with her Isabella Oliver minidress, having to keep pulling it down so the cameras wouldn't catch her black Spanx. We overheard her fretting about it backstage, but she needn't worry—her baby bump shimmying down the aisle to the Supremes' "Baby Love" was plenty adorable.
