Reality star Kimora Lee Simmons' son, Kenzo, may have been born last spring, but hey, when it comes to pictures of anybody's bundle of joy, it's never too late, right?

That's why we can't help but smile at seeing this shot, taken from home movies, of the Phat Fashions CEO—with, gasp!, no makeup and no entourage—as she beams with pride just moments after giving birth to her and actor Djimon Hounsou's little one.
